The URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST (UDYT, URBAN DANCE, or UD) and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions.

Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in New Zealand dollars.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST are estimates only. THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, THE URBAN DANCE YOUTH TRUST reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
